It requires the careful harmony of functionality and style. Schankmacher Design understands this harmony.

For over two decades, Schankmacher Design has been designing, creating and constructing quality custom kitchens as well as fireplace mantels, libraries, bathrooms and fine millwork. The name Schankmacher (meaning "cabinet maker" in Pennsylvania German) was chosen for our company to reflect the traditional craftsmanship instilled in all of our work.

Robert Emil Harris, owner of Schankmacher Design, is passionate about kitchens. He understands how a kitchen needs to work for the homeowner. He knows custom kitchens.

What is a custom kitchen? Schankmacher Design believes a custom kitchen is a careful blend of architecture, artistry, engineering and economics.
